SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 29 was read the                               
second time and was before the Senate on final passage.                        
                                                                               
The question being: Shall SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                         
NO. 29 Suspending Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the             
Alaska State Legislature concerning House Bill No. 471, relating to            
the boards of commissioners of regional Native housing authorities,            
and relating to the reinstatement of Native corporations, pass the
